Baltic Pipe Plant

The first manufacturer of steel pipes in the Kaliningrad region

We are the first plant producing round and shaped pipes in the Kaliningrad region. One of our goals is to develop the pipe potential of the Kaliningrad region, which is why the Baltic Pipe Plant is a member of the Baltic metalworking cluster and a resident of the Industrial Park Stahlwerk.

We maintain cooperative ties with leading companies in the region and contribute to the development of the metalworking and construction industries in the region.

BPP is able to fully satisfy the needs of consumers for rolled pipes, as it has extensive experience in the field of metal processing and an excellent location on the site of an industrial park with its own logistics center.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTION IN KALININGRAD

The first ferrous metal pipe production plant in the Kaliningrad region was launched on the territory of the Industrial Park Stahlwerk in record time: preparation of the site for production began in April 2020, and in October of the same year, the Baltic Pipe Plant produced the first pipe.

At present, BPP operates a high-tech electric-welding unit capable of producing longitudinal electric-welded pipes of round, square and rectangular cross-section for general purposes, with a wall thickness of 1.5 to 4.0 mm and a length of 4 to 12 m. The production potential of the plant is up to 5000 thousand tons per month. All pipes in the production process undergo quality control of the weld by non-destructive testing.

In addition to the production of rolled pipes, BPP provides services for cutting coiled steel into strips with a thickness of 1.5 to 4 mm and cutting hot-rolled sheets to size. Today BPP has all the necessary documentation for the supply of pipes to the largest companies in the region.
